Faisal T. Bouzo, Managing Partner & Head of Construction & Corporate Administration

Faisal Bouzo, named “Executive of the Year” in KSA’s Construction Leaders and ranked among the powerful top 100 Construction professionals in the GCC, has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Saudi market.

He has contributed to the co-founding and establishment of multiple companies such as, but not limited to, Construction & Planning Co. Ltd (C&P®) and First Avenue Real Estate Development where his portfolio is comprised of an extensive range of real estate products in the corporate, entertainment, healthcare, and retail fields in Saudi’s private and governmental sectors.

Tarek F. Al Ajlani, Managing Partner & Head of Designs

Tarek Ajlani, a prominent architect known for his innovative designs and sustainable concepts, possesses a visionary approach towards developing iconic properties that beautify the Kingdom’s urban scene.

His rich and impressive history of work led to his 2019 award “Architect of the Year” at Construction Week’s Leaders in KSA Awards. Tarek utilizes his progressive vision towards contributing to the development of the Kingdom and has since 2004 co-founded and established several companies such as Construction & Planning Co. Ltd (C&P®), First Avenue Real Estate Development, and SMART Project Management Consultancy Co.

Abdulla M. AlAmri, Managing Partner & Head of Business Development & Market Research

With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate development field, Abdullah Alamri applies his extensive knowledge and expertise into the legal side of real estate, with a particular focus on feasibility studies, contract development, and commercial mediation.

As a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from King Saud University and a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law from Chapman University - USA, Abdullah has contributed to the Kingdom’s real estate sector by partnering in and co-founding several companies, one of which is Roof Real Estate Investment & Development Company.

He is also the co-founder of a hospitality company, a contracting company and he is a strategic partner in one of the Middle East’s largest investment funds for venture capital.

Waleed A. AlMokbel, Managing Partner & Head of Finance

Waleed Almokbel is a Real Estate & Asset Management Manager at one of Saudi Arabia’s leading Financial Securities and Brokerage Company, Alistithmar Capital, where he provides strategic management of private real estate investment funds and asset portfolios, amongst other executive roles.

Prior to his current position, he was the Vice President of Real Estate Investments at Saudi Fransi Capital. His impressive history in the finance world of real estate products, coupled with a BS and MBA from Troy University - Alabama, USA, positioned him as a trusted financial expert with a remarkable track record.

He is a committe member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and has been selected to participate in the “Future Leaders Program” in the Capital Market Authority.
